TGC facilities solutions for Esri UK Ltd

TGC Facility Services were awarded the contract for a one off full building clean at Esri’s Millennium House in Aylesbury in 2014. TGC were awarded this contract due to our previous excellent performance with ad hoc works we had carried out for Esri.

This contract involved a phased cleaning approach to coincide with the building refurbishment. The project changed over the refurbishment time scale and TGC quickly adapted the work to meet our clients’ needs.

TGC carried out full site cleaning which included;

Industrial cleaning in the outside car park
Office cleaning in all areas including visitors’ areas
decorating in areas requiring colour change.

We carried out all the contracted tasks to our client’s full satisfaction and from this we proved our dedication and adaptability to be able to take any project from the ground up to successful completion.

We continued to carry out ad hoc facility services to Esri until 2018, when we successfully won the tender for cleaning and evening security services and began to implement our cleaning procedures/schedules and training. Almost immediate improvements became visibly notable in not just the cleaning but in infection prevention and control.

By being adaptable and pro-active, we have proved ourselves capable of fulfilling all of the requirements asked of us, and have built a successful partnership with Esri. This has enabled us to increase our contact capacity to the following areas – Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Fire Safety equipment Servicing, interior and exterior decorating, Exterior Signage, Portable Appliance Testing, Laundry and Linen Services, Serviced accommodation, Touch Point Clearing , 24 hour client response help line, Cleaning Products and supplies.

Tom and the TGC team have proved invaluable partners with us here at Esri UK since circa 2014. They were initially instructed to carry out redecoration works along with deep cleaning after some major refurbishment works we undertook. We managed to carry on using TGC Facility Services as the years progressed, involving them with consultation work, ad hoc cleaning tasks and more redecoration projects. It was with pleasure that we were able to award them the overall cleaning contract in 2018. Since then they have shown themselves to be both reliable and flexible to ever changing landscape of our business along with the evolving needs of our staff, investors and clients. They have taken over more and more of the facility contracts to include PAT testing, Fire equipment maintenance and window cleaning.
